Job description

What you’ll do

We're looking for a visionary with a passion for eCommerce to drive sales and business for Sports Experts, Atmosphere and Trio Hockey. This position involves managing a multidisciplinary team, creating inspirational digital experiences, UX / UI optimization, SEO optimization, content creation, photo studio management and more. We're looking for a candidate who cares about the well-being of our employees, in order to foster an efficient yet pleasant work environment.

If you're passionate about e-commerce, content creation and marketing, this role is for you! We're looking for a dynamic team player, good communicator, autonomous with an excellent ability to manage priorities.

  • Develop the annual online marketing strategic plan in line with the company's overall mission to optimize online sales.
  • Monitor and oversee all aspects of the company's online business on a daily basis.
  • Develop Web content creation strategies in collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Analyze on a weekly basis key performance indicators for traffic, conversion, revenue and act if tactics are required for optimization.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are properly marketed and executed.
  • Develop growth and conversion tactics.
  • Ensure proper supervision of the various teams.
  • Supervise the production of various eCommerce shoots.
  • Remain attentive to problems reported by customers and the internal network and resolve them with the help of the various parties involved.

What you bring

  • B.A.A. in business administration (or other related field)
  • Excellent knowledge of the retail industry
  • Mastery of Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, CMS, PIM
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in annual planning and budget management
  • Ability to illustrate and ensure proper follow-up of implemented processes
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Ability to adapt quickly
  • Demonstrate autonomy and leadership
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Cartesian, orderly and structured
  • Enjoy teamwork and team management
