Training Specialist

Our client is looking for a Training Specialist for a 13-month contract.

Start : December 1st, 2025

End date : December 31st, 2026 (With renewal option)

Site Location : Montreal

On Site : Remote but available for onsite meetings, and go live

Travel 0-10%

Language : English + French

Description

• Contributes to defining training strategy, curriculum, and content in collaboration with subject matter experts.
• Ensures training materials are high-quality, up to date, and tailored to each business function’s needs.
• Facilitates or supports virtual and in-person training sessions and maintains content consistency in the LMS.
• Reviews and validates French translations to ensure technical accuracy and alignment.
• Brings 5+ years of experience in training design and content management, proficient in e-learning tools, and fully bilingual (English / French).

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
