Title : Business Controller

This role acts as a business partner, using financial data to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Core responsibilities
- Financial management : Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and tax compliance. Ensure accuracy of financial statements, manage monthly close, and maintain internal controls.
- Strategic planning and analysis : Develop long‑term business and financial plans, forecast future performance, and analyze key business indicators.
- Performance and profitability : Monitor and report on business performance, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and improve profitability.
- Budgeting : Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process and develop financial plans for specific projects.
- Risk management : Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks, ensuring compliance with government regulations and laws.
- Business partnering : Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in the manufacturing or mining sector is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.Proficiency in financial software and tools.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and reliability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.Thank you for your application; however, only successful candidates will be contacted.
