This role acts as a business partner, using financial data to drive strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Core responsibilities

• Financial management : Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and tax compliance. Ensure accuracy of financial statements, manage monthly close, and maintain internal controls.
• Strategic planning and analysis : Develop long‑term business and financial plans, forecast future performance, and analyze key business indicators.
• Performance and profitability : Monitor and report on business performance, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and improve profitability.
• Budgeting : Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process and develop financial plans for specific projects.
• Risk management : Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks, ensuring compliance with government regulations and laws.
• Business partnering : Work closely with other departments, such as sales and operations, to provide financial insights and support strategic decision‑making.
