Job Description

• Supports both the Operations group and Maintenance Service Managers by coordinating the following events in a sublet service repair site
• Unscheduled work
• Scheduled issues
• Preventative maintenance (overflow from inhouse repairs)
• Parts sourcing through in-house repair sites if necessary
• Outsource / Sublet Repairs
• Source and maintain qualified sublet repair sites/ vendors
• Direct all third-party maintenance repairs
• Maintaining constant communication and gathering updates/ completion times. Entering data into the maintenance EMM system
• Scrutinizing and authorizing quoted repairs
• Profiling and uploading data into the Maintenance software for records
• Cost analysis of maintenance/repairs on particular vehicles to determine feasibility (is it worth spending the money on?)
• Reviewing and approving items assigned in AP scanning
• Audit and ensure compliance with the following:
• “Equipment Out”
• “100 over 60” spreadsheet
• “EMM” Maintenance screen
• Asset service requirements outlined (B620, dedicated fleets, general fleet)
• Other duties may be assigned
• Support in organizing spare maintenance units (if no available rentals)
• Maintain sublet budget

• Shift Schedule - 08:00 to 16:30 and 10:30 to 19:00
• Yearly Salary of $57,912.50
