SAP Implementation Test Lead

Job Overview

As an SAP Implementation Test Lead for our client, you will play a critical leadership role in planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end testing activities for SAP implementation projects. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, functional and technical teams, and third-party partners to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of SAP solutions. Your expertise in SAP testing methodologies, tools, and best practices will drive operational excellence and successful program delivery as part of our client’s Strategic Transformation Roadmap (STR).

Key Responsibilities :

Test Strategy, Planning & Leadership :

• Develop and maintain comprehensive SAP testing strategies, plans, and schedules covering all phases of testing (unit, integration, system, regression, UAT, performance, and cutover).
• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end SAP testing lifecycle, including test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Define and manage test environments, data, and tools to support efficient and effective testing.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to test analysts and business testers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP testing activities, issues, and escalations.
