About the Opportunity

• Ongoing stewardship of a dedicated segment of customer accounts.

Achieving a high-volume of communication and attempted communication over a combination of inbound and outbound telephone calls.

Assisting customers with mid-term changes to their accounts.

Maintaining accurate records of communication and contact information.

Facilitating win / win outcomes for customers who have become past-due.

Engaging in dialogue with customers and external / internal partners via telephone, email, text messaging, and letter correspondence.

Resolving product, service, and repayment issues by clarifying, investigating, explaining, documenting and following-up on actions taken.

About You :

2+ years of B2C Collections specifically (late stage third party or early stage collections)

Bilingual / excellent communication skills in both English and French

Excel experience (navigating spreadsheets, add notes to files)

Some proven tenure (not looking for 3 months contracts only)

Pay Range : $26 - $27 per hour
