Business General Manager

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years.

Work setting : Estimating.

Employment terms : Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, morning / day shift, starts as soon as possible.

Salary : $80,000 to $100,000 per year (to be negotiated).

Location : Vaudreuil‑Dorion, QC J7V 5V5, On site.

Responsibilities

• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
• Co‑ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments.
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
