Focus :

  • Translate customer requirements into innovative design solutions that meet their criteria.
  • Utilize SolidWorks to build assemblies and develop detailed drawing packages for customer approval and manufacturing.
  • Work closely with both customers and the manufacturing team to ensure projects are executed smoothly.
  • Evaluate and update designs to improve product quality and minimize production issues.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones.
  • Update the team and administration on tasks.
  • Skill Set :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.
  • Must have experience in mechanical design, preferably in machine / equipment design.
  • A minimum of 3 years of SolidWorks experience is required.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve quality objectives.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve quality performance.
  • Both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate quality concepts and requirements across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Experience with quality management software and ERP systems is desirable.
  • Able to understand industry regulations and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality management systems.
