Focus :

Translate customer requirements into innovative design solutions that meet their criteria.

Utilize SolidWorks to build assemblies and develop detailed drawing packages for customer approval and manufacturing.

Work closely with both customers and the manufacturing team to ensure projects are executed smoothly.

Evaluate and update designs to improve product quality and minimize production issues.

Contribute to the development of new products and the enhancement of existing ones.

Update the team and administration on tasks.

Skill Set :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred.

Must have experience in mechanical design, preferably in machine / equipment design.

A minimum of 3 years of SolidWorks experience is required.

Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve quality objectives.

Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights to improve quality performance.

Both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate quality concepts and requirements across all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Experience with quality management software and ERP systems is desirable.

Able to understand industry regulations and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality management systems.
