isure is seeking an energetic, customer-focused team player looking for a career, not just a job. As a Personal Lines Customer Service Broker , you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, retention, and growth of an existing book of business.

Succeeding in this role requires the following core qualifications and skills :

• Post-secondary education; a suitable combination of education and experience may also be considered.
• RIBO Level 1 license.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a licensed customer service broker.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to evaluate situations and respond appropriately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, demonstrating a sense of urgency.
