Capital Program Analyst

Role Overview :

As a Capital Program Analyst, you will work closely with client teams to develop and deliver Capital Work Programs. This role requires strong professionalism and exceptional attention to detail—deliverables are shared with senior leaders, so data quality, clean formatting, and clear communication are critical. You’ll coordinate the development of programs with project and program leaders, validate and organize inputs using a variety of tools and technologies and support reporting outputs with comprehensive presentations.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project leaders and stakeholders to develop project baselines.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Review, validate, and reconcile incoming project data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update data repositories, reports, presentations while aligning to data governance best practices and company policies.
• Assist with preparing executive-facing reporting decks in PowerPoint (polished formatting, charts, and narrative support).
• Support process documentation and improvement projects as needed.
• Facilitate team and client facing meetings including agenda development, action-item tracking, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination.
• Contribute to the identification and management of project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Salary Range : $65,000 to $95,000
