What You’ll Do
As a Construction Foreman, you'll be the driving force on site—ensuring every project stays safe, on time, and on budget. You will:
- Lead and coordinate daily site activities and field crews.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to refine schedules and budgets.
- Keep excellent records of the work activities.
- Support change management by tracking design or scope changes.
- Manage your subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain project documentation per our Quality Assurance and Control Procedures.
- Ensure safety compliance and promote a strong HSE culture.
- Approve weekly timesheets and keep reporting and admin tight.
- Act as a key liaison with inspectors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of proven site management or foreman experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of construction drawings and technical documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (an asset) or equivalent experience.
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
