Your financial insights will drive decision-making and keep us on track.- Month-End Closings & Budgeting : Own the month-end closing process, from journal entries to account reconciliations, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with our financial goals. You'll also lead the preparation of month-end budgets, supporting the company's vision with precision.- Audit Expert : Be the go-to person for external auditors during year-end audits, ensuring all files are in order and compliance is seamless. Your thoroughness will guarantee smooth sailing for both U.S. and Canadian audits.- Tax Compliance Guru : Collaborate with auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely, accurate corporate tax filings for both countries. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest tax regulations and ensuring we're always compliant in both regions.Requirements : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA designation is highly preferred.- Experience : At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a solid focus on financial reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
