The Opportunity

We’re hiring an Evening Shift Lead to oversee regulated cannabis manufacturing operations during our evening production window. In this hands‑on leadership role, you’ll guide a dedicated crew, maintain compliance with Health Canada regulations, support smooth workflow execution, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the shift.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in later hours, enjoys leading others, and excels in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for vape cartridge filling, bottled oil production, softgel bottling, labeling, packaging, and preparing finished goods for shipment.

Working Conditions

This is a full‑time, on‑site role at our Coquitlam facility. The evening shift involves prolonged standing, repetitive tasks, lifting, and working in areas with noise, odors, and temperature variation. PPE must be worn at all times in production areas.

Evening shift start / end times will be discussed during the interview process.
