Schedule
The successful candidate will be required to work 8-hour day shifts, primarily 0830 - 1630, Monday to Sunday. This is inclusive of a minimum of two weekdays and two weekends within each 6-week period.

Patient care
As a member of our interprofessional team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, progressive and effective assessment, consultation, treatment and education for patients, family members and / or caregivers within the acute and subacute adult patient populations at Oak Valley Health - Markham site.
You will also have the opportunity to participate in the ongoing program development and quality improvement activities.
Requirements

Education & experience
Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario, in good standing. Experience in neurology, geriatrics, and musculoskeletal disorders is required.
ADP authorizer designation is an asset. Experience with wheelchair and seating assessment / prescription. Minimum 1 year of experience in the acute and subacute patient setting is preferred.
