Job Overview
We’re looking for an EHS Specialist to support our Environmental, Health, & Safety function by developing and delivering effective policies, procedures, training, auditing, and communications. In this role, you’ll help strengthen adherence to WK Kellogg Co standards and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements. You’ll partner closely with plant leadership, hourly team members, consultants, and corporate teams to guide, influence, and move our safety culture and environmental performance forward.

Work Environment
This role requires active engagement across the plant, including participation in meetings, equipment reviews, and site audits. The role requires wearing PPE as needed and being on call 24 / 7 for emergency investigations. Occasional travel (approx. 5%) and weekend / holiday coverage may be required.
Salary Range
$58,640 – $73,300
