Responsibilities

Sales

Optimize performance and profitability with support from the management team.

Train staff in customer support, sales techniques, and product features.

Analyze sales results and develop innovative solutions to improve them.

Schedule employees based on performance to manage payroll cost‑effectively.

Communicate sales goals to the team to meet and exceed them.

Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find everything they’re looking for.

Coordinate tasks with the management team to ensure smooth operations when they are absent.

Human Resources

Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment that promotes excellence.

Live and share the company vision, mission, and brand culture with the team.

Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model.

Build a high‑performance team through recruitment, preparation, and training of new employees.

Plan work schedules and manage team absences / lateness.

Participate in performance evaluations for all store staff.

Schedule staff based on performance and in‑store traffic.

Marketing and Visual Presentation

Master knowledge of all products and technical features.

Create an attractive and inviting store layout based on planograms.

Stay aware of market trends and competitor activities.

Help build a loyal customer base through brand image and relationship building.

Assist with order planning and setup of visual displays.

Maintain store and back‑store appearance and cleanliness.

Collaborate with mall administration.

Administration

Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.

Open and close the store.

Manage controllable expenses efficiently.

Apply headquarters policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Employment Details

Permanent, full‑time

Annual Salary : CA$41,080 – CA$46,800
