DUTIES
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, coordinate, implement and evaluate strategies for increasing awareness of Academic Integrity for the institution that align with both the Faculty of Student Development and TRU's Strategic Plan.
- Liaise with institutional stakeholders (TRU World, Open Learning, Library, Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching, etc.) to ensure access to information and cohesive service delivery related to Academic Integrity.
- Develop and coordinate educational tools and strategies to support faculty in the education, reporting and teaching of Academic Integrity, including web and print materials, presentations and workshops.
- Contribute to the evaluation and assessment of Academic Integrity initiatives by collecting data and analyzing data.
- Coordinates, prepares and maintains documentation, records and reports including related budget and expense requirements.
- Support the recruitment, training and supervision of student staff (co-op and work study), student volunteers and student peer mentors.
- Manage confidential information for students and abide by TRU privacy rules set out in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
- Recommend and collaborate to develop policy and processes with respect to student success and development in the area of Academic Integrity.
- Participates in relevant committee and working groups to initiate and build student knowledge of Academic Integrity and success.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree in education or related fieldEXPERIENCE :
Three years' experience working with students; in the post-secondary context, including :Experience with program development and program management.
