Mission :

Ensure IEC’s Brockville facility delivers high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective motor refurbishment. As the sole engineer, own technical problem-solving, process improvements, and operational engineering solutions. Drive measurable gains in quality, throughput, and reliability through technical expertise, collaboration, and full accountability for engineering outcomes—without direct people management.

Outcomes :

Process Documentation & Control :

• Develop and maintain complete, accurate work instructions, travellers, routings, and specifications for 100% of operations within 6 months.

Equipment & Tooling Reliability :

95% uptime across all shop and specialized equipment through preventive maintenance planning, engineering oversight, and root cause analysis of breakdowns.

Quality :

Process Efficiency :

Technical Problem-Solving & Reverse Engineering :

90% of technical issues within 1 week of reporting, minimizing production delays and downtime.
