Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the Endur platform, particularly in the Commodity, Energy, or Financial Services sectors.

Experience in Metals is a plus. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing change, collaborating with developers and business users, and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

This individual should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.

This position is open for US / Canada / Brazil

Key Responsibilities :

• Endur Expertise : Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Endur platform, utilizing its features for system optimization and process improvements.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) : Act as the go-to Endur SME, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
• System Enhancements : Partner with technology teams to identify and implement necessary enhancements in the Endur platform to meet evolving business needs.
• Business Requirements Gathering : Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and the Endur system functionality.
• Data Analysis : Perform in-depth data analysis, providing insights to optimize trading strategies and enhance risk management processes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with traders, front-office teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Cross-System Impact Analysis : Assess and understand the impact of upstream and downstream systems on business processes and recommend adjustments as needed.
• User Engagement : Collaborate closely with business users to ensure solutions are deployed successfully and adopted across the organization.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Lead or participate in test planning and execution to ensure that solutions meet the defined business requirements.
• Developer Collaboration : Work with developers and technical teams to clarify requirements, ensuring proper implementation and functionality within the system.
• UAT Support : Provide strong support during User Acceptance Testing, working directly with business users to ensure thorough testing and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications :

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on the Endur platform.
• Background in Commodities, Energy, or Financial Services; experience in Metals is a plus.
• Strong collaboration skills with both technical teams and business users.
• Proven experience in business requirement gathering, change management, and UAT support.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
