The selected candidate will initially be responsible for data input into the systems, gradually progressing to phone support and then, he will transition to a full-service customer service desk.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Fulfill order entry transactions following departmental processes
- Answer inbound and initiate outbound customer calls
- Build knowledge of all major product groups to properly support customer contacts
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Process credit requests, resolve miss-shipments and provide proof of deliveries
- Provide customer support while expertly navigating between multiple computer sessions
- Resolve or investigate adequately before appropriately escalating calls to the next level
Requirements and Qualifications :
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, an associate degree is preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Customer Service environment and its related tasks is advantageous
- SAP Order Management or other order management systems experience is a plus
- Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, SAP, and Esker is also appreciated
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success in this role
- Proficient in active listening to fully understand customers’ needs
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in handling multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Proven ability to approach any change or new situation with a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks to complete them in a timely and accurate manner, with supervision as needed
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
