Job Description

Our client, in the IT managed services, is looking for a seasoned Senior Angular Developer with extensive experience in frontend development using Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript, complemented by robust skills in cloud-native application deployment, particularly in Azure or AWS environments.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting responsive, secure, and scalable web applications, focusing on user-friendly interfaces and seamless integration with RESTful APIs.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and feature-rich frontend applications utilizing Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Participate actively in cloud-native application development, deployment, and support, with a preference for Azure or AWS.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement modern, intuitive interfaces.

• Integrate backend services and ensure end-to-end functionality by working closely with backend teams and architects.

• Identify and resolve issues in existing application components through troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization.

• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Owners.

• Contribute insights to architectural decisions and propose enhancements to the technology stack and design.

Qualifications and Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in building responsive, secure, and scalable web applications.

• Proficiency in Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript is essential.

• Solid understanding and practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure or AWS.

• Experience in Wealth Management, Client Portal design, or integration with financial institutions like LPL, Pershing, etc., is advantageous.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
