Maintenance Lead

Agropur – Truro is looking for a technician with a passion for reliability and continuous improvement. As a Maintenance Lead - Mochi & Mix, you will own the maintenance and reliability for one of our production lines. You will work with our Production Team, and members of the Maintenance Team to take a systematic approach to maximizing up-time for the line. You will analyze causes of breakdowns, propose and experiment with solutions to address those causes.

Responsibilities :

• Own the preventative maintenance systems for the production line, focusing on defect handling and breakdown elimination, and later maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Support the development, and lead portions, of 90-Day loss-elimination plans.
• Drive improvements in : Coach and develop Production and Maintenance Teams on shift by serving as technical coach and resource.% Planned Maintenance and % PM’s completeR&M costs for linePlanned and unplanned downtimeDiagnose, troubleshoot, and repair maintenance issues.Perform required prevent maintenance on line machinery as required.
