We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team in the Los Angeles area with pay starting at 125K. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using specialized software
• Ensure that all construction projects meet building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
• Work closely with engineers, construction teams, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proven experience working as an Architect
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
