Job description

We have an exciting contract opportunity for a skilled Billing Specialist with advanced Excel skills. This is an 11 month hybrid contract role with a reputable organization in Peel Region. If you are an experienced Billing professional, with min. 3 years of Revenue Billings experience, we want to speak with you!

Ideal candidates will have worked with complex Billing for at least 3 years as well as month-end reconciliations and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare invoices and forward to the appropriate contact or department as required

Monitor and review outstanding bills and follow up with the appropriate internal or external teams to ensure payment is made

Communicate with vendors and customers to investigate and resolve issues

Prepare various reports and spreadsheets related to billing and receivables

Work with the finance department to ensure that contract specifications are up-to-date and procedures are followed

Complete any online status reports

Work to reduce delinquent payments for assigned accounts

Qualifications

3+ years of complex Revenue Billing experience

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to work on site in Mississauga 2-3 days per week
