Job Title : Project Manager

Contract Duration : 2 years

Work Type : 100% Onsite

About the Role :

Join our dynamic team and lead complex IT projects to drive organizational transformation. As a Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing various projects, including CRM implementations, IT infrastructure upgrades, and organizational change management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management : Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resources.
Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and executive sponsors.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Reporting : Provide regular updates on project progress and performance.

Required Skills and Experience :

Proven experience in managing complex IT projects, including CRM implementations

Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Experience working in a government or public sector environment

Preferred Qualifications :

PMP certification

Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365

Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud technologies
