Altis is proud to partner with a rapidly growing health technology company, to help them grow their Canadian team.Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting healthcare providers offering supplementary or uninsured services.
Market Leadership: Identify key growth opportunities in telehealth, wellness, diagnostics, and other private-pay sectors.
Team Building & Management: Recruit, train, and lead a national sales team. You will set clear KPIs, define territories, and establish scalable sales processes.
Enterprise Sales: Lead the full sales cycle for key accounts, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers across the healthcare industry.
Internal Collaboration: Act as the voice of the Canadian market, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align our platform and messaging with regional regulatory and client needs.
8+ years of experience in healthcare/medtech sales.
3+ years in a sales leadership role within Canada.
Deep familiarity with Canadian healthcare regulations (e.g., OHIP, MSP, RAMQ).
Experience leading sales efforts across multiple provinces.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance analytics.
