Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client in the insurance industry is seeking 12 professionals to join their dynamic team in a hybrid role. What is in it for you :

  • Hourly salary of $24.34.
  • 12-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
  • Full-time position : 37.50 hours per week.
  • Weekday schedule between 8 am and 8 pm.
  • Rotating shifts : 8 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5 pm, 10 am to 6 pm, 11 am to 7 pm, 12 pm to 8 pm.
  • Hybrid work : 3 office days, from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :

  • Process telephone inquiries, conduct research, and resolve customer requests promptly.
  • Handle sensitive situations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed written and oral communications to business units regarding the resolution of inquiries.
  • Determine client needs, clarify information, research each issue, and propose solutions or alternatives.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers by going above and beyond.
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative personal and team objectives.
  • What you will need to succeed :

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center, retail, or service environment.
  • Strong technical and research skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in learning and applying new information quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
