Junior HR Assistant
Position Responsibilities :
- Coordinate new hire onboarding : contratcs preparation, time clock enrollment, new hire package completion.
- Time and attendance tracking and approval.
- Healh and Safety training setup and tracking.
- Journal entries in data management system.
- Maintain employee HR records.
- Employee license renewal tracking.
- Filing and mailing all HR documents.
- Assist in HR projects, AODA, Training, policy updates.
Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor's or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Positive and collaborative team member with strong communication (both verbal and written) required.Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office.Excellent planning and prioritization skills to ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive inforamtion. Organized and accountable.Full-Time Position - The position requires working in the office five days a week.
