Your Role

As a Recreation Therapy Worker, you will be an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, dedicated to implementing our established Recreation Therapy Program.

• Lead a variety of leisure and recreational activities, including arts, socio‑cultural events, crafts, sports, music, cooking, gardening, and exercises, tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of our residents.
• Set up and organize furnishings and equipment for programs and special events.
• Teach activity techniques and oversee resident participation.
• Report any issues or changes to the supervisor.
• Accompany residents on outings, ensuring appropriate clothing, necessary funds, and coordination with nursing staff and supervisors.
• Lead individual sessions, group activities, and large special events, adapting programs to meet physical, social, cognitive, spiritual, and emotional needs.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and provide input for care conferencing reports and program evaluations.
