What you’ll do
Reporting to the Manager, Operations Process; the Operations Process Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation of performance and process improvements such as cycle time enhancements, throughput increases, and productivity / cost improvements in a retail environment. The Operations Process Specialist will apply change management practices and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma and front‑line training. The Operations Process Specialist will lead improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams to achieve tangible benefits aligned to the corporate strategy.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $88,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job‑related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements.
