Senior Development Coordinator

About the opportunity :

We are working with a high-end developer that’s building Highrise Condos and Large Master Plan residential and mixed-use developments in the GTA. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Development Coordinator who is a self-starter, highly motivated, and resourceful. If you thrive working in a busy, collaborative medium-sized firm and genuinely love what you do, then this is the right team for you!

Qualifications :

• Urban Planning Degree or diploma is preferred; however, other post-secondary education will be considered. A Master’s or MBA would be an asset.
• Must have 1-4 years of experience working as a project coordinator with a REIT, or construction / development firm, or architectural firm.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
