Position Title : Ticket Coordinator - Sponsorships

Line of Business : Brand Social Sponsorship

Working Location : Hybrid two three days in office in DT Toronto

Duration : 1 year with extension

Role Mandate : Under the direction of the Director, North American Sponsorship, the Coordinator, Sponsorships is responsible for all assigned project management tasks supporting the North American sponsorship Sports & Entertainment ticketing portfolio, ensuring that initiatives are well-executed, on-brand, delivered on time and within budget.

Other duties include assistance in sponsorship activation support, and general administrative tasks.

This role is responsible for supporting marketing and line of business cross-functional experiences and contributing to brand awareness, consideration, and reputation KPIs while demonstrating client’s winning culture values.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to) :

  • Assists with all aspects of sponsorship ticketing & hosting, including ticket allocations, catering, event set up, and special requests.
  • Act as abridge between the Sports world and Banking world.

o Once assets have been distributed, candidate will assist internal teams in order to maximize the benefits of said assets.

  • Inventory management; including the logistics of maintaining an up-to-date database accounting for assets coming in, and going out
  • Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to secure, and coordinate the distribution of assets
  • Utilize Ticket Management software to log, respond to, and close out ticket / asset inquiries
  • Actively shares and collaborates with North American sponsorship team to expand best practices and successful strategies.

Must-Have Skills :

  • 3+ years experience in Operations, Logistics, and Planning within Banking or other FI institution
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook
  • Previous experience with Ticket Management software

Nice to have Skills :

  • Bilingual or conversational French
  • Some pre-existing knowledge of the sports world would be a huge benefit
