On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Solution Architect on a 12-month contract with the possibility of an extension. This role requires at least two days per month on-site at the Richmond, BC head office, with preference given to local candidates.

Summary of the role :

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, efficient solution architectures that align with business objectives. This role will lead the development of AI-driven systems using cloud technologies to create resilient, high-performing applications while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of cutting-edge solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Translate business needs into technical architectures, guiding the implementation of AI systems and cloud-based solutions.
• Lead teams in the design, development, and deployment of innovative, AI-driven technologies.
• Collaborate with security teams to mitigate risks and ensure ethical AI application and governance.
• Oversee the development of large-scale, multi-region systems for high-availability applications with over 10,000 concurrent users.
