Restoration Sales / Project Management - Flooring

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Flooring Restoration Team. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales hunter. You can go out and get customers, be self-motivated, work in a team, communicate effectively and have excellent problem-solving skills. Preferably with existing relationships in Insurance and Restoration.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts within the insurance, restoration, or property management sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients with the restoration sector, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- On site measurement and flooring estimating.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Provide feedback from the field to the marketing and product development teams to help shape future product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in Outside Sales – Project Management preferably within the flooring industry specifically with experience in restoration sales, insurance industry contacts, or related sub- trade sales.Strong understanding of the flooring dealer network, distribution, including customer preferences and the competitive landscape.Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel extensively across the designated territory.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.Additional :
