Opening in Spring 2026 in beautiful Orléans, Ontario, Cardinal Creek will offer 134 single rooms with ensuite and 90 shared rooms, each designed for comfort and dignity. Residents will be supported with 24-hour nursing care along with personalized supports that help them live well, feel valued, and stay connected to what matters most.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Programs Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering innovative programs, activities, and self-directed resources. This role ensures programs enrich residents’ lives, align with best practices, and reflect a person-centred, emotion-based philosophy of care.
