Compensation

This position is hourly, and the starting pay rate is $21.19 / hour, and eligibility for an incentive target of $1,200.00, which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives.

Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as geographic work location, relevant experience and individual skills. Position Summary :

We’re hiring warehouse associates across multiple shifts with full-time positions available!

You’ll report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members.

Job Responsibilities (You Will) :

• Safely and accurately complete warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, sorting, labeling, putaway, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing products using industrial machines.
• Operate wrist-worn or hand-held scanning equipment to accurately fulfill customer orders for shipping.
• Resolve exceptions in order fulfillment due to stock discrepancies, order processing errors, damaged products, carrier changes, etc.
• Follow lock out and tag out procedures for powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and hazardous material requirements.
• Work collaboratively and assist other teams to meet safety, quality, productivity, behaviour, attendance, and overtime requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership, including all functions of a DCA II.
