Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead a team of 25 maintenance professionals at our cutting-edge packaging materials facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In this role, you'll be responsible for :

• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency
• Managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Optimizing our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
