Italian Farmhouse Restaurant is located at 20 Balsam Ave., Bragg Creek, AB T0L 0K0. We are currently looking for

Position : Line Cook

Wage : CAD$18.00-25.00 / hour (depending on experience and skills)

Types : Full-time, Permanent

Working hours : 30-40 hours / week

Job Duties :

• Prepare and cook various Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, tramezzino, antipasti, etc) and other dishes on the menu with the rest of kitchen staff;
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies;
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage;
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift;

Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.

Job Requirements :

Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience.
