We’re growing our safety consulting team and looking for an Associate Safety Consultant who wants real exposure to client work, regulatory compliance, and professional growth in occupational health & safety. This is an excellent entry-to-mid-level role for someone who’s detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to build a long-term career in safety consulting.

What You’ll Do

• Support Safety Consultants with day-to-day client projects and site coordination
• Manage Documentation for safety assessments, reports, and client records
• Coordinate Projects including schedules, meetings, and site visits
• Client Communication for scheduling, follow-ups, and document requests
• Data Entry & Analysis from inspections and safety assessments
• Compliance Support by assisting with regulatory and audit documentation
• Training Logistics including scheduling, materials, and session coordination
• Vendor Coordination for safety equipment and materials
• Quality Assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency in reports
• Continuous Improvement by helping streamline internal safety processes

Preferred Certifications & Education
