Inside Sales Representative

Description

Proactively develop and nurture quality relationships with both customers and internal employees.

Prepare and submit quotes tailored to our industry standards.

Recommend products that align with the customer’s business needs.

Collaborate closely with the sales team and provide coverage for traveling sales personnel.

Prepare rental quotations with precision.

Foster long-term strategic relationships by delivering consistent, accurate, and timely equipment solutions.

Commit to continuous learning and development and strive for process improvement.

Build and maintain effective working relationships within your team and across other teams.

Specific Skills & Knowledge :

Background in electrical or technical components is an asset.

Rental or sales experience is an asset.

Experience with Power Systems Caterpillar equipment is preferred.

Previous customer service experience is highly valued.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well in a team.

A customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver the highest level of service.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Attention to detail, ensuring work is thorough and consistent.

Adaptability to changing requirements and the ability to provide necessary support.

A commitment to going the extra mile to get the job done.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, Internet and Outlook.
