Process Analyst

Job Description

The Process Analyst will support the Wealth Process Excellence (WPE) team by documenting, standardizing, and converting business processes across Wealth. This role focuses on process mapping , stakeholder collaboration, and converting existing documentation into enterprise-standard ARIS process models . This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain exposure within a leading financial institution while contributing to business-as-usual (BAU) project support. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Meet with process subject-matter experts (SMEs) to build a comprehensive process inventory
• Facilitate working sessions to document end-to-end process steps
• Ensure process models adhere to enterprise standards
• Convert existing MS Visio process maps into ARIS process models
• Translate documented procedures into ARIS models and validate with stakeholders
• Track completion metrics and timelines for assigned process models
