La personne jouera un rôle clé dans le soutien des fournisseurs, de la facturation, du soutien aux ressources humaines et des opérations de bureau, tout en contribuant au bon fonctionnement quotidien de l’organisation. Principales responsabilités : Traitement des factures fournisseurs et suivi des paiements Soutien à la facturation et aux comptes clients Support administratif aux ressources humaines (dossiers employés, accueil, documents) Soutien administratif aux projets et à la gestion des dossiers Gestion administrative des véhicules, équipements et fournitures Accueil téléphonique et tâches générales de bureau Profil recherché : DEC en bureautique Expérience dans le domaine de la construction (atout) Facilité d’apprentissage de nouveaux logiciels informatiques Connaissance du logiciel CMEQ (atout) Bonne maîtrise de la suite Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Sens de l’organisation, autonomie, rigueur et polyvalence Conditions de travail : Horaire de 36 h/semaine Lundi au jeudi : 8 h à 17 h Vendredi : 8 h à 12 h Assurances collectives dès l’embauche 4 semaines de vacances après 1 an de service continu 2 semaines – vacances de la construction (été) 2 semaines – période des Fêtes
