What You Will Do

You will be responsible for ensuring our partners have a smooth experience while implementing our products and solutions guaranteeing highquality integrations. Working closely with our partners and Klarnas product and engineering teams you will deepen your knowledge of the ecommerce and payments industry as well as the underlying system and vendor landscape. Your insights will be invaluable in providing feedback on Klarnas products.

As part of the Delivery / Implementation team you will :

  • Support the management of multiple partners and concurrent projects.
  • Maintain integrations and troubleshoot issues providing operational support as needed.
  • Collaborate with other internal teams to define the overall solution and scope of partner integrations.
  • Drive priorities for the development team aligned with solution design and scope.
  • Understand Klarna products architecture and design to support successful integrations.
  • Ensure Klarna quality standards are exceeded for partner integrations.
  • Manage reported issues and coordinate their resolution.
  • Set standards and processes for best practices in partner integrations.
  • Provide internal training documentation and knowledge sharing on partner systems and integrations.
  • Communicate with our distribution partners via messaging phone video call email and onsite during workshops and demos.
  • Use Klarna tools to communicate and coordinate across various teams.

Who You Are

  • 3 years of software solutioning or system integration experience.
  • Proven track record of building solutions and achieving goals with a structured and analytical approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce shop systems or payment systems specifically platforms and plugins.
  • Selfmotivated individual who takes ownership and drives solutions.

    Klarnas Compensation model and Equity Offering

    At Klarna our compensation package includes a base salary and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). To ensure fairness and maintain global market competitiveness each role in a specific location has a set base salary. During the recruitment process we will assess your skills and experience to determine which role is the best fit for you.

    Our RSU program features a 4year vesting schedule allowing you to gradually become a shareholder in Klarna. Additionally you may qualify for our ContributionBased Reward (CBR) program which recognizes and rewards significant contributions to our success.
