Responsibilities

• Creating customer documentation from user stories for healthcare applications
• Creating sample scenarios using new features and taking screenshots
• Writing scripts for videos
• Creating short videos explaining new features
• Updating API documentation
• Updating company-facing documentation for internal users
• Copyediting help updates
• Participating in meetings with QA, designers, developers and product managers
• Assisting in localization
• Maintaining schedules
• Engaging in special projects such as investigating new tools
