The Executive Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to 4 Leaders.
Responsibilities include :
- Manage various calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments, speaking engagements and travel.
- Provide coordination and communication of projects and programs as required,
- Assist in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences,
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information,
- Complete expense reports and assist with reconciliation of invoices,
- Travel and expense management,
- Support office management initiatives as required,
- Other additional duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
- Advanced proficiency in : MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
