Position Overview

We are currently seeking qualified and experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) Instructors to teach in our Lab, Theory, and / or Clinical components of the HCA program. Instructors may be assigned to morning or evening shifts, Monday through Friday, and occasionally weekends as needed. Positions are available at our Surrey campus, with opportunities also available at our Abbotsford campus. Clinical placements will take place within the Greater Vancouver Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in theory, lab, and / or clinical settings.
• Supervise and evaluate students during clinical placements in multi-level / complex care settings.
• Support and guide students in their understanding and application of clinical skills.
• Maintain a positive, student-centered learning environment.
• Participate in program development and evaluation as required.
