Position Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Client Success Coordinator  to join our team in Ontario, Canada .

The successful candidate will responsible for operational execution of client programs including data governance, process changes, and on-site client support. Facilitating the connection between internal and external operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support Stewardship Review Process
  • Ensure Compliance with Client Pricing / Procedures
  • Implement strategic initiatives as directed.
  • Develop recommendations and Improvements for within department and within the business.
  • Client Onboarding / Offboarding
  • Oversee and maintain key data reporting (ie time per file, revenue analysis, volume)
  • Work with client and operations to clear roadblocks in operational projections

Requirements

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree, in business administration or an insurance related field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, customer service, account management, or claims handling
  • Knowledge of insurance is an asset
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience with specific client systems and handling instructions is considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
