What You’ll Bring to Our Team A self-starter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals* Confident, outgoing personality and a customer-first approach* Detail-oriented and organized—someone who can multitask under pressure* Reliable and accountable—you're someone your team can count on* Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment* High school diploma or equivalent* Level 1 Insurance License is an asset—but not required A Day in the Life Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners* Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets* Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more* Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics* Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory Salary Expectations – The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
