Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

We are a full-service supplier of fertilizer, pest management products, including biologicals, bees, seeds and other consumable goods to the greenhouse, nursery and specialty horticulture industries in Canada and the USA.

We are looking to add (position is vacant) an ERP Specialist to our IT team in the Leamington location. If you’re a team player with a strong work ethic, a self-starter, and passionate about making a difference, then you are exactly who we are looking for!

Base pay range

CA$85,000.00 / yr - CA$95,000.00 / yr

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our SYSPRO ERP system
• Lead ERP strategy and process improvement initiatives
• Perform project management and change management for ERP projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions
• Manage third party support partners and escalate issues as needed
• Monitors system performance and ensure reliability
• Coordinate software releases, fixes, and upgrades
• Ensure compliance with security standards and company policies
• Create and maintain documentation for processes and user support
• Provide training and support to end-users
• Participate in enhancement projects and work with systems integrators
• Assist in other IT department tasks as required
