Our client is a property management firm with a solid portfolio of real estate properties across Southern Ontario. To maintain the success of their business, they’re looking for a leader to join their ranks and ensure the top performance of the leasing team managing commercial properties. The Job!

You are a team leader and a source of inspiration for the property leasing & administration team. You will :

Lead and coach the commercial team.

Oversee and approve all aspects of Offers to Lease and renewals.

Approve rent billings, rolls, and budgets.

Maintain the relationships with existing and prospective tenants

Oversee all property insurances and prepare tax assessments

Collaborate with accounting on reconciliations and budgets.

Manage monthly management reports.

Responsible for year budgets.

Other tasks as required.

What you bring to the job

As the leader, you are a team player who coaches, mentors, and motivates others. You are a professional who is efficient with effective communication skills. You also have the following qualifications :

Completed post-secondary education in Business Administration or another relevant field.

At least 7 years of experience in commercial real estate, property administration, and / or leasing.

Experience working with Yardi.

Experience managing a high-performance team.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong sense of integrity and honesty as well as respect for all.

Dedication to top-quality customer service and negotiation management.
